it would seem there is a lot of conflict from a few members and their attitude on this forum but to be quite honest with you we welcome any input on all sorts of problems here... why we cant we all draw a line under all the issue's both sites might have is beyond me... to us here a friendly atmosphere & help is more important than who knows best... why can't we all help turtles and terrapins and with both sites combining make both sites a force to be wreck ended with.... while we wont see people put down for any reason or simply sharing their experiences no matter how small every now and then we do get stumbled on a case that is not common... so we are asking turtle keepers and and all other sites to invite there views on the following case that will help an owner of a turtle that come on hard times.... the owner of this turtle noticed these lumps on equal sides of his terrapins head and took it straight to the vets, but as these vets were not reptile vets they said they could remove the sisits ( if that it what they are ) for around the £120.00 mark without doing any tests to see if they where something more serious or not, while the vet seems to be offering a cure in the short time does not offer any info on the outcome or indeed the future so what questions should he be asking this so called vet on the next appointment... we have listed ours and would like to know that working together could offer more, this is not the time for indifferences this keeper needs some help from all... its an olive branch for all to use lets face it its all about the turtles & terrapins...
would this back up our vet on hand issue... for everyone to use... on all sites..
regards wayne...
