Sudden lopsided swimming could be a sign of respiratory infection which can be fatal if not treated immediately, Does your lopsided turtle have 1. Red swollen eyes 2. Bubbles or discharge from nose when out of water 3. Gasping, wheezing sounds, laboured breathing.
If it shows any of these signs, it could be respiratory infection in which case the turtle needs antibiotics immediately from a vet. You may also have to separate it from the other turtle as respiratory infections are contagious and keep the sick turtle warm 0water around 30;C and heat lamp if necessary (ordinary lightbulb will do for basking and heat in emergency hospital tank)
