Hi All, Went outside this morning only to find out that my outside basking area was ruined. It must of been destroyed by the foxes during the night as the sand went everywhere. I lost over 15Ibs of sand as most of it went on the grass or at the bottom of my pond. Now i have to design a shelter area where the turtles can go and bask, and where the foxes can't. I have to look on the bright side, none of my turtles were hurt. Kind Regards, Dan Attachments:

Sorry to hear that your lovely and fairly new pond setup has been ruined. It is a nuisance having to clear it up but at least the turtles were unharmed which is something to be thankful for.
Are you sure it was foxes though and not humans -were there paw prints? Wayne's pond was vandalised earlier this year as you know. In either case, maybe installing one of those outside PIR lights that come on when they detect movement at night may deter intruders, whether 2 legged or 4
