Welcome to the Forum Mark. We are a friendly bunch of turtle lovers and always glad to have new members join our community. Feel free to ask any questions no matter how trivial. We are non judgmental here, no one will laugh at you. After all we were all ignorant beginners once.
Have you decided what species you are after? They vary greatly in size, temperament and requirements. Will this be your first turtle or are you adding to your collection? Contact Wayne at Turtle Rescue -he always has lots of abandoned turtles looking for new homes. Wayne can also offer expert advice on feeding, care and the correct setup for your chosen species.

Wayne often gets musks but I've never come across diamond backs ( on my wish list). They remain small so you could set up a species tank with 1 male and 2 females. I have 2 pairs in my musk tank - no eggs yet but not for want of trying on the males' part !!!
