This evening i had strange but very beautiful noise when i let my turtles out for a walk - Rougeo (red belly slider) started by stretching out and groaning loudly, then Coot (yellow Belly slider) , at the other end of the room, did the same, then Rougeo repeated his performance, closely followed by Coot - this went on for some time!
It was very funny but after they performed, they just went back into their shells and stayed there for some time.

I went for a long walk around the house today, found a boot to drag along some of the way, kept out of the way of Roger the house bunny. Have no idea why he dislikes me so much! My tank had a complete overhaul and another 2 bags of sand put in it. When I went back in, went straight to the bottom and had a really big dig throwing it all over my back, and my carer looked really fed up about the mess I'd made after all her hard work, so felt very pleased with myself. Had 3 big prawns with their shells on and some cucumber for supper tonight, and then as I could hardly keep my eyes open decided to retire for a early night on my lovely thick mattress at the bottom of the tank. Vaguely aware of carer turning light off and saying 'goodnight' zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

What a lucky turtle Myrtle is with having 3 big prawns with their shells on and some cucumber for supper. And for the great owner for not going mad when Myrtle threw the sand sand over his back, and creating a mess!

Well my digs had a bit of a overhaul tonight, and so I was allowed a wander round and to my delight was even allowed to stay in the lounge which was great as so many things to amuse me, all the while keeping plenty of distance between me and the white fluffy thing they call Roger, who head-butted me of his duvet. Well let the bunny have his day I say, and I'm not scared of him at all, just this side of the room far more entertaining! Firstly came across a newspaper on the floor and so went and stood on that for a bit and caught up on the local headlines, then went and stood in front of big square thing and all the colours and movement caught my eyes and so I stood watching that for a while. Carers daughter called to carer that I was watching the tele, well what did she think I was going to do, eat it?! Then found this white block thing on the floor and climbed up on that which made carer laugh and she said she didn't think many turtles would ever have been on the wii but I'm a bit lost about what that is, so ambled off into the corner where there was a big pile of boxes with games in, and tried climbing up them, sending them everywhere and bits falling out of them. Ha ha my plan worked and just knew I'd hear my name shouted and look to see carer glaring at me, but it's my daily mission to get at least one reaction from her! Anyway all tucked up in my sand now and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
