Therea in't no fence high enough, no gate strong enough to keep us Ninjas imprisoned for long. On Monday we took advantage of the fact that all the big turtles climbing on top of each other shifted the walls of our indoor pen to leave a tiny gap -just big enough for us three to squeeze through. Having already explored our garden(and those of the neighbours) when we first escaped last summer - and upstairs last month - we are now discovering the wonders of the kitchen and other downstairs rooms. Donna has just been recaptured but Leo and Mike are still on the run We'll turn ourselves in eventually when we get really hungry....and our lovely owner will be so pleased to see us again she will spoil us with extra helpings of ham - yummy,

After 6 days our owner was getting really anxious so she organised a Missing Turtle search party with the aid of a friend. They moved obstacles and looked under furniture with torches. Eventually Mike was found under the kitchen sink, cold and dehydrated but otherwise alive and well. We all got extra helpings of ham as a treat to entice us to eat, Now we are all safely back in our own nice clean warm tank with lots of food every day, Exploring is fun but nothing beats home comforts!
